Member of TMSI Board of Management received Pioneer Award

A member of TMSI Board of Management has been conferred the prestigious Pioneer Award from the International Council on Systems Engineering (Incose).  Prof Lui Pao Chen, a long-standing Board Member and also the Chairman of the S2S Building Organising Committee received the Award on 20 July 2009.
